Welcome to Cookies and Christmas. By using this website and placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions below. These guidelines help both of us enjoy a clear safe and smooth experience.

1. About Cookies and Christmas

Cookies and Christmas is a small handcrafted business located in British Columbia. All ornaments cookies seasonal creations and class experiences are handmade with care and created in small batches. Each item is unique and may vary slightly in colour shape or finish.

2. Custom Orders

All ornaments and personalized items are custom made.
Once an order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled because work begins right away.
Please review spelling dates names glitter colours and style choices before submitting your form.

3. Processing Time

Processing time depends on the season and the product.

Average timelines
• Ornaments are usually ready within the timeframe stated on your order form
• Personalized and specialty pieces may require extra time
• Class confirmations are sent before the scheduled date

During peak Christmas months processing time may be longer. You will be notified if delays occur.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
Orders are not started until payment is received.
Accepted payment methods will be shown at checkout.

5. Pickup and Delivery

All orders are for local pickup in Maple Ridge BC unless otherwise arranged.
Pickup instructions will be sent to the email or phone number you provided.

The customer is responsible for collecting the order within the pickup window.
Cookies and Christmas is not responsible for items damaged or lost after pickup or for items not collected in time.

Delivery or shipping may be offered on select products and may include additional fees.

6. Refunds and Returns

All items are final sale due to the custom handcrafted nature of the products.

Refunds are not offered for
• Spelling errors entered by the customer
• Change of mind
• Delayed pickup
• Natural handmade variation

If there is a concern with craftsmanship please contact me within forty eight hours of pickup with photos. If a correction is possible I will do my best to make it right.

7. Classes and Workshops

Class registrations are final sale.
Credits may be offered for illness or emergencies at the discretion of Cookies and Christmas.

If a class is rescheduled or cancelled by Cookies and Christmas you will receive a refund or a credit for a future class.

All supplies provided in class remain the property of Cookies and Christmas unless stated otherwise.

8. Intellectual Property

All photos designs artwork class materials ornament concepts patterns and digital content on this website are the property of Cookies and Christmas. They may not be copied sold shared or reproduced for commercial use without written permission.

9. Website Use

By using this website you agree not to
• Copy or republish content
• Misuse ordering systems
• Attempt to access restricted areas
• Interfere with website security

Cookies and Christmas reserves the right to refuse service if misuse is suspected.

10. Privacy Policy Summary

Your information is used only for
• Processing your orders
• Contacting you regarding pickup
• Registering you for classes

Your personal information is never sold or shared.
A full privacy policy can be provided if needed.

11. Limitation of Liability

Cookies and Christmas is not responsible for
• Damage to items after pickup
• Allergic reactions to materials if not disclosed
• Loss due to misuse of products
• Weather related damage
• Customer errors during ordering

Handmade ornaments and creations are delicate and should be handled with care.

Return and Refund Policy

Cookies and Christmas

Thank you for supporting Cookies and Christmas. Every item is handmade with care and created specifically for you. Because of the nature of our products and services, all sales are considered final. Please read the full policy below.

Custom Orders and Handmade Products

All ornaments, custom cookies, keepsakes, and handmade creations are final sale.
Because each item is made to order and personalized for the customer, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once your order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of pickup with photos so we can assist you. Damaged items may be replaced at our discretion.

Classes and Workshops

All class bookings are final sale.
This includes:

Pysanky Ukrainian egg decorating classes
Baking classes
Cookie decorating workshops
Seasonal craft classes

Your spot is reserved exclusively for you and materials are prepared ahead of time.
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your seat to another person.
No refunds or date transfers will be offered.

If a class is cancelled by Cookies and Christmas due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, a rescheduled date or class credit will be provided.

Digital Products

All digital downloads pattern packs templates guides and class materials are final sale.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued once the file has been delivered.

Lost or Unclaimed Orders

Orders not picked up on the arranged pickup day will be held for three days unless otherwise agreed upon.
After this period, the item may be discarded with no refund provided.

Quality Commitment

Every product is inspected before pickup to ensure it meets the quality standards of Cookies and Christmas.
If you ever have concerns about the craftsmanship of your item, please reach out so we can make it right within reasonable boundaries.
