All ornaments and custom products are made to order.
Each item is handcrafted and may vary slightly in appearance.
Once an order is submitted and paid it cannot be changed or cancelled because work begins shortly after the order is received.

Processing time varies depending on holiday season volume and the type of product.

Average timelines
• Ornaments: ready for pickup within the stated time on your order form
• Personalized products: may require additional time
• Classes: confirmed dates and times will be provided after registration

These timelines are estimates and may shift during peak Christmas periods.

Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
Payment methods accepted will be displayed at checkout.
Orders are not started until payment is received.

All orders are for local pickup in Maple Ridge unless otherwise stated.
Pickup details will be sent to the email or phone number provided on your form.

The customer is responsible for collecting the order within the given window.
Cookies and Christmas is not responsible for items left unclaimed beyond the pickup period.

Delivery or shipping options may be offered during select seasons and will include additional fees.

Due to the custom handcrafted nature of all items, refunds are not offered.
However, if there is a mistake on your ornament or a concern about quality, please contact me within forty eight hours of receiving your item and I will do my best to make it right.

Refunds are not provided for
• Customer spelling errors entered on the order form
• Change of mind
• Pickup delays caused by the customer

Class bookings are final.
Credits may be offered for illness or emergencies at the discretion of Cookies and Christmas.

If a class is cancelled by Cookies and Christmas, you will receive either a full refund or a class credit of equal value.

All designs, artwork, class materials, ornament concepts, photographs and branding elements are the property of Cookies and Christmas.
They may not be copied, replicated, sold or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

By using this website you agree not to
• Copy content or images
• Misuse forms or ordering systems
• Attempt to interfere with website security

Cookies and Christmas reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who acts in violation of these terms.

Your personal information is used only for
• Processing your order
• Communicating pickup details
• Contacting you about your class booking

Your information is never sold, shared or used for any purpose outside the business needs of Cookies and Christmas.

A full privacy policy can be provided upon request.

Cookies and Christmas is not responsible for
• Damaged ornaments once collected
• Loss caused by misuse of products
• Allergic reactions to materials if information was not requested by the customer in advance
• Issues resulting from delayed pickup

Custom ornaments are fragile and should be handled with care.

Cookies and Christmas may update these terms at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
